Fried Instant Noodles with Eggs and Vegetables
Ingredients
1 pack of instant noodles
2 eggs
1 carrot, cut into thin
strips 1 handful of white cabbage, cut into strips
1/2 onion
A little chilli or paprika (optional)
1–2 tablespoons soy
sauce Oil for frying
Preparation

Cook the instant noodles in boiling water according to the instructions on the package, then drain. In a large pan, heat a little oil, add the beaten eggs and let them set, stirring gently. Add the onion, carrot and white cabbage, and sauté everything for a few minutes until the vegetables begin to soften. If you like a touch of spicy, you can add chili or paprika at this stage. Now add the drained noodles, season with the soy sauce and mix well to mix all the flavors. Serve immediately while they are nice and warm and fragrant!
