Onion and Bay Leaf Tea for Coughs – Clear Lungs in 3 Days!

 

Black Onion and Bay Leaf Tea Recipe
Ingredients needed
1 small onion, preferably organic
1 large bay leaf (or 2 small ones)
300 ml water
2 heaped tablespoons of honey
Step-by-step preparation
Trim the ends of the onion, then cut it into quarters without removing the skin. The skin, rich in quercetin and vitamin C, strengthens the body’s defenses and accelerates healing.
Pour 300 ml of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the onion with its skin and the bay leaf.
Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let it steep for 15 minutes.
Strain the mixture through a sieve and pour into a cup. The cooked onion can be reused in other culinary preparations.
Stir 2 tablespoons of honey into the warm tea.
Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved and drink hot for optimal effectiveness.
Directions for use
It is recommended to consume this tea up to twice a day, in the morning and evening. When hot, it works better on the lungs, promotes restful sleep and soothes throat irritations.
