Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs beef brisket
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
1. Sear the Brisket
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the brisket with salt and pepper.
