Ingredients
5 slices of canned pineapple
5 slices of toast
3-4 Msp. Margarine (Sonnenblumenmargarine)
2-3 slices of ham, cooked
5 slices of cheese (square Emmental)

1. First, spread the margarine evenly on a slice of toast. Then add half a slice of cooked ham, then the pineapple slice, and finally the cheese.
2. Now place the whole thing on a rack (lined with baking paper) in an oven preheated to 180°C. Once the cheese has melted over the pineapple, brown it.
3. Now that a brown spot is forming over the hole in the pineapple slice, the Hawaiian toast should be removed from the oven
and eaten after 1-2 minutes of cooling.
Experience shows that this baking time is approximately 4 to 6 minutes.
