Onion powder ½ tsp
Ground beef sirloin (90% lean) 1 lb
Ground beef chuck (80% lean) ¾ lb
American or cheddar cheese 6 slices
Roasted diced green chiles (drained) ¾ cup
Brioche hamburger buns (split & toasted) 6
Salt & pepper To taste

1. Preheat the Grill

Heat to 375–400°F (medium-high).
2. Season the Patties

In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl, gently combine sirloin and chuck.
Form into 6 patties, about 4 inches wide.
Sprinkle seasoning mix on both sides.
3. Grill the Burgers

Grill patties for 3 minutes on the first side.
Flip, top with cheese, and cover.
Cook another 3 minutes, or until cheese melts and burgers reach desired doneness.
4. Add the Green Chiles

Spoon 2 tbsp of roasted green chiles onto each patty just before removing from the grill.
5. Assemble & Serve

Place patties on toasted brioche buns.
